AB 833 (Lackey R) Cannabis transportation: safety requirements.
Existing law requires the Bureau of Cannabis Control to establish minimum security and transportation safety requirements for the commercial distribution and delivery of cannabis and cannabis products.
This bill would expressly authorize the Bureau to establish additional security requirements for vehicles carrying $1,000,000 or more of cannabis, cannabis products, cash, or a combination of those.
