AB 109 (Cooper D) Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act.
The Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA), among other things, consolidates the licensure and regulation of commercial medicinal and adult-use cannabis activities. Existing law establishes in state government a Cannabis Control Appeals Panel that consists of 5 members, appointed as specified.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provision establishing the Cannabis Control Appeals Panel.
